The Vision
Three flagship adventures. Each one a full immersion.
Tokyo, Japan
•1 month • $12,000
In Japan, sushi apprentices spend ten years mastering rice before they touch fish. This isn't a cooking class—it's an entry into a 200-year-old tradition that treats food as art.
You'll train with an itamae (master chef) in a working Tokyo kitchen. 4 AM trips to Tsukiji fish market to select the day's catch. Knife skills passed down through generations. The alchemy of shari (rice) seasoning that separates masters from amateurs.
By month's end, you'll prepare omakase for real guests—and leave with credentials recognized in professional kitchens worldwide.
"In sushi, there are no shortcuts. The rice knows if you rushed it." — Jiro Ono
Delhi → Rishikesh → Dharamsala
•21-30 days • $5,500
Not a retreat. A pilgrimage to the birthplace of yoga—from the chaos of Delhi to the Ganges in Rishikesh to the Himalayan home of the Dalai Lama.
You'll earn your RYT-200 at a traditional ashram where yoga began. Wake at 4 AM for sadhana. Study with teachers whose lineage traces back centuries. Bathe in the Ganges at sunrise. Sit in meditation caves where sages practiced for millennia.
The journey ends in Dharamsala—home of Tibetan Buddhism in exile. Visit monasteries. Attend teachings. Carry the practice home with you, changed.
"Yoga is not about touching your toes. It's about what you learn on the way down." — Jigar Gor
Gibraltar → Canaries → Caribbean
•21-90 days • $6,500 - $25,000
3,000 nautical miles of open Atlantic. The same trade wind route Columbus sailed—but you'll do it with RYA certification, celestial navigation, and the skills to cross any ocean on earth.
Depart Gibraltar, crossing the Strait to Morocco before turning south to the Canary Islands. Then the big one: three weeks of blue water to the Caribbean. Night watches under a thousand stars. No land in sight for days. Your first dawn landfall in the New World.
From Day Skipper to Yachtmaster Ocean—choose your depth. The ocean doesn't care about your résumé. It cares about your judgment. We'll train both.
