The official instructor-certification pathway culminates in a multi-day in-person intensive held at the Academy base in Przesieka, in the Karkonosze mountains where Wim Hof trains. Participants do repeated ice baths, extended breath-holds and cold-water swims, then teach practice sessions to their cohort while trainers assess their cueing, safety awareness and presence. It is the practical, residential capstone of the three-module Wim Hof Method instructor program covering breathing, cold exposure and mindset.

Why Wim Hof Method Academy

Przesieka is the original Wim Hof Method training ground: Hof bought a house in this Karkonosze village and runs the official multi-day "Poland Winter Expedition" and the annual certification course for WHM instructors here, with cold-exposure sessions led at the nearby Podgórna Waterfall, the only Karkonosze waterfall used for winter swimming.
